Hello, I’m Marianna!

Product Designer who believes the best experiences are built for people, not screens. I used to design the spaces they lived in. Now I design the interfaces they live through.

featured work

infrared.city: Climate simulation software for architects and urban planners →

Product Designer · 2025 - 2026

Sole designer for a year at an Austrian climate tech startup. I owned research, usability testing, onboarding, and design QA for AI-generated interfaces, cutting report creation to under 5 minutes. The challenge: make dense data feel actionable.

Figo Social: Designing social connection for adults 50+ in Berlin (soon!)

UX/UI Designer · 2024

Older adults in Berlin wanted to connect, but recurring commitments and digital friction kept them from showing up. As sole designer, I owned research, personas, flows, and booking UX. A year of real usage led us to pivot to small dinners of 5–6 people.

Fitness Hut: A fitness app redesigned around how people actually use it →

UX/UI Designer · 2023

Portugal's largest gym chain had a booking flow that failed silently: duplicate reservations, missing confirmations, and errors with no path forward. I redesigned booking and cancellation with clear system states, and rebuilt the visual language.

Tasker: A scheduling app for students who have too much to track →

UX/UI Designer · 2023

Students weren't failing to plan, they were failing to start. I designed Tasker around mini-tasks, breaking projects into smaller units with progress tracking and flexible time views. Surveys and usability testing shaped every iteration.

InLife: A property management dashboard for landlords. →

UX/UI Designer · 2023

After interviewing two landlords, one managing a handful of rooms and another managing 400+, it was clear no existing tool fit. I designed an operations view with daily, weekly, and monthly tracking around check-ins, maintenance, visits, and bookings.
