Hi!
I’m Marianna.
Product Designer who believes the best experiences are built for people, not screens. I used to design the spaces they lived in. Now I design the interfaces they live through.

Product Designer · 2025 - 2026
Sole designer for a year at an Austrian climate tech startup. I owned research methodology, usability testing, onboarding redesign, and design QA for AI-generated interfaces, cutting report creation time to under 5 minutes. The challenge was always the same: make technically dense data feel like a decision people could act on.
Fitness Hut: A fitness app redesigned around how people actually use it →

Portugal's largest gym chain had a booking flow that failed silently: duplicate reservations, missing confirmations, and error messages with no path forward. I redesigned the core booking and cancellation architecture, replacing ambiguous feedback with clear system states, and rebuilt the visual language to match the brand's energy.

Students weren't failing to plan, they were failing to start. I designed Tasker around mini-tasks, breaking projects into smaller units with progress tracking and flexible time views. Competitor analysis, user surveys, and usability testing shaped every iteration from lo-fi to final prototype.

After interviewing two landlords — one managing a handful of rooms, another managing 400+ — the problem was clear: no existing tool fit the job. I designed an operations view with daily, weekly, and monthly activity tracking, built around the specific actions landlords actually take: check-ins, maintenance, visits, bookings.
